At the Farmers Market, all produce has come from within a 160km radius, so you can be guaranteed that what you’re buying is local, fresh, and made with passion!

By buying direct from the producer you are able to understand more about what you are buying, including peaks and fluctuations in the product itself, as you get a chance to talk direct with the people behind the product.

Come and meet some of the colourful personalities that grow a diverse range of fruit (apples, strawberries, oranges, cherries, peaches, nectarines and more), vegetables (potatoes, asian greens, pumpkins, herbs, onions, kale and lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and more), and produce artisan bread, chocolates, honey, wine, free range eggs, jams, relishes, soaps, and antipasto jars and even delicious ice-cream.

Don't forget to try their famous local produce bacon & egg rolls with a cup of coffee for breakfast while you read the paper after picking up all your fresh produce!

Shopping Tips

  • Go early to get the best selection of produce (some stallholders often sell out early).
  • Walk around the market before you buy, to see what's available.
  • Each month you will find different fruits and vegetables, giving you a chance to try new things and buy according to the season.
  • If you don't know what something is, don’t be afraid to have a chat to the farmer/producer.
  • Bring an esky to keep your produce fresh until you get home.
  • Be environmentally friendly and BYO your own bags/basket.
